Founder's Profile

Mohit has a diversified work experience in the IT industry (20+ years) starting as a s/w developer and moving into varied roles of Marketing, Pre Sales, Sales, Consulting & Delivery Management.;He has done his Post Graduation in Management (PGSEM) from IIM Bangalore and his graduation in Electronics and Communication from IIT Roorkee.

Mohit has completed his fellowship (PhD in Decision Sciences) from IIM Lucknow. As part ofhis thesis work he has proposed an analytics-driven model for the internationalization of O*NET (the world's largest career database). He has presented his work at international and national conferences, and some of his work has also been published in the journal from International Association of Education and Vocational Guidance (IAEVG), the nodal body globally in the area of career decision making.

Mohit besides running Uplytics and its initiatives is also a visiting faculty in the area of Business Analytics. He has taught courses in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning , Big Data, Python, Marketing Analytics, Statistical Analysis and Research Methods for Post Graduate Management Students and working professionals.

In his free time, Mohit enjoys sports, family time and open source projects.
